    Our "Sister Talks" are informal gatherings, which allow for peer learning with a group of like-minded women. They are hosted by a subject-matter expert or an inspired community member. Think of them as a book club without the book.

  • Vision Boards

    Turning resolutions into resolve with your very own vision board that helps you SEE the best possible you. Craft a visual mission statement that will help you intentionally move toward who you want to be!

  • Clarity Journaling

    A guided, cathartic dual-part writing exercise to use the contrast in your current reality to gain clarity and to bring more of what you want into your life. Think of it as shining a spotlight on your goals and then actualizing your dreams!

  • Guided Meditation

    We are so excited to bring Guided Visualization programs to the Herd. These are dynamic sessions that inspire healthy living and well-being. It is an exercise for your mind (no gym membership or equipment required)

  • Discovery Sessions

    This half a day ‘deep-dive’ discovery session will help identify your strengths, your values, and your idea of a great life. We’ll uncover your limiting beliefs and you will come out of the session with an action plan for moving beyond these barriers.
